Home and Away Australian Soap Opera Theme:
Karen was the original female lead vocalist for the theme song to one of Australia's most popular TV shows.
She recalls, "I remember the audition process: 'Home & Away' was a brand new soap opera touted to rival 'Neighbours' and pretty much every session singer in Sydney at the time was auditioned. Here I was, a 19-year-old Brisbane girl, new to the Sydney scene and scared to death! I'll never forget when the writer and producer Mike Perjanik called me and said, 'you got it kiddo!' I was ecstatic!"
